Media Dietitian 12-Week Mentorship Program

Led by two experienced media dietitians, Gillean Barkyoumb and Kristen Carli, this program will give you the skills to be quoted in articles, write for well-known publications, land TV segments, and partner with brands as an expert with influence.

Hour-long weekly trainings start in August 2023 12 pm PST (exact dates TBD). *All trainings will be recorded if you cannot attend live. 

In addition to learning from Gillean and Kristen, you will have access to a Facebook group to network with other program members.

What to Expect

• We will have weekly 1-hour virtual trainings from Gillean, Kristen, or possibly guest trainers if there is a specific area of interest we have in the group.
• You will have access to a private Facebook group so you are able to connect and learn from other members. It's the perfect place to ask those questions that pop up as you start to take steps in gaining media experience.
• We will be there right with you to help navigate your specific situation and craft content so you land the writing gig, TV spot, or brand deal.
• You will grow your network by building relationships (and close friendships) with other members of the group. This is INVALUABLE. Your network and community will continue to repay you years down the road. 
• Because you will be a founding member of the Media Dietitian Mentorship, the program will be flexible to meet your specific needs.
